PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE:  

Photographer agrees to produce high quality photographs and will use professional editing to edit digital images to reflect the photographer’s artistic style. The photographer agrees to provide the edited photographs in digital format within 30 business days of the shooting date in online storage. Please arrive 5 minutes before your photo session. Arriving later will give you less time for your session.

PAYMENT: 

Upon booking, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the date of the session. The deposit will be applied towards the cost of the session. The client agrees to pay the full amount after the session. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

All deposit fees are non-refundable. If cancellation is initiated by the Photographer, all monies, including deposit, will be refunded within 5 business days of cancellation.

IMAGE ARCHIVE: 

All images will be available for downloading within 1 month. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their images are uploaded in a timely manner. The photographer cannot guarantee that images will be stored for more than 3 months.
